Internship Program
Empowering the Next Generation of Equity-Rooted Leaders
The CRSSLA Internship Program offers undergraduate and graduate students meaningful, hands-on experience at the intersection of community organizing, public health research, social work, crisis response, data management, technology, governance, and community-led decision-making.
Interns work alongside South Los Angeles leaders, faith-based partners, community organizations, and cross-sector stakeholders to strengthen localized systems of care. Through real-world projects, students help advance neighborhood power, improve coordination, support data-informed strategies, and contribute to justice-centered solutions rooted in the lived experience and leadership of South LA communities.
