ACH PROJECT · CALIFORNIA ACCOUNTABLE COMMUNITIES FOR HEALTH INITIATIVE
Taking on chronic disease in South Los Angeles.
CRSSLA is part of CACHI — the California Accountable Communities for Health Initiative, sponsored by the California Department of Public Health. Our ACH project brings together South LA residents, medical providers, and policymakers to address chronic health crises that have been overlooked for decades, starting with diabetes.
